5. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

Goldenzari by Shujat shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect information may be charged to the customer.
6. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
For destinations where Goldenzari provides a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping service through approved logistics partners, customers generally will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
However, customs regulations vary by country and may change without notice.
In exceptional cases, customs authorities may:

Impose government charges.
Such actions are beyond Goldenzari's control.
For shipments arranged through customer-selected couriers or third-party forwarding services, all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and local government charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

8. LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
Once an order has been delivered according to the courier's tracking records, Goldenzari shall not be responsible for:

Delivery issues occurring after successful delivery confirmation
Customers should ensure a secure delivery location is available.
9. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If a shipment is returned due to:

Refusal to accept delivery

Failure to respond to courier requests
The customer may be responsible for:

Return shipping charges

Refunds may not be available in such cases.
10. PARCEL MISROUTING, DELIVERY ERRORS & CUSTOMER COOPERATION
In rare circumstances, courier errors, system errors, labeling issues, or human errors may result in a parcel being delivered to the wrong recipient.
Where a shipment intended for another Goldenzari customer is mistakenly delivered to you, you agree to reasonably cooperate with Goldenzari by Shujat in facilitating recovery and redirection of the parcel.
For the sole purpose of recovering and correctly delivering the shipment, Goldenzari may share limited delivery-related information with:

-
Logistics providers
-
Customs brokers
-
Delivery coordinators
Such information may include:

Recipient name

Delivery city

Delivery country

Tracking information

Courier reference numbers
Goldenzari will take reasonable measures to ensure that sensitive personal information is not unnecessarily disclosed.
Customers acknowledge and agree that Goldenzari may use available shipping, courier, and logistics information to locate, recover, redirect, retrieve, or correctly deliver shipments that have been misrouted, exchanged, incorrectly labeled, or delivered to the wrong recipient.
Customers further agree to reasonably assist in returning or redirecting incorrectly received parcels.
Failure to cooperate in good faith may result in legal action where permitted by applicable law.
11. SHIPPING INFORMATION DISCLOSURE FOR DELIVERY PURPOSES
Customers expressly authorize Goldenzari by Shujat to share relevant shipping information with logistics partners and courier providers where reasonably necessary to:

12. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
Goldenzari reserves the right to ship products separately where operationally necessary.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for approved partial shipments initiated by Goldenzari.
13. RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery by the shipping carrier.
Proof of delivery provided by the courier shall constitute evidence of delivery.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
Goldenzari shall not be responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
