SECTION 4 – PRODUCT IMAGES AND COLOURS

  • Lighting conditions affect appearance.

Minor variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted garments and are not considered faults or defects.

SECTION 6 – MADE-TO-MEASURE ORDERS

For made-to-measure orders:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

  • Measurements submitted by the customer are deemed final.

  • We are not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

  • Alterations requested after production may incur additional charges.

Production shall commence only after confirmation of measurements and order details.

SECTION 7 – CUSTOM COLOUR ORDERS

Goldenzari offers colour customization for selected products.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Colour results may vary due to fabric composition and dyeing processes.

  • Screen displays may not accurately represent actual fabric colours.

  • Minor shade variations are considered acceptable.

Custom colour orders are considered personalized products.

SECTION 8 – BRIDAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Bridal garments, couture pieces, made-to-measure garments, customized products, and colour-modified products are created specifically for individual customers.

Therefore:

  • Such orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Such products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the product materially differs from the confirmed order.

SECTION 9 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance.

Goldenzari by Shujat reserves the right to:
